Eighty9 Albert Embankment is situated on the South bank of the river Thames to the East of Vauxhall Bridge. From the bridge it is immediately after the MI5 building. It is less than five minutes walk from Vauxhall underground (Victoria Line. Exit 1) and main line (between Clapham Junction and Waterloo) stations, as well as the bus station.
